Your First Office Visit
Contact us by calling our main office at (501) 321-4844 to schedule your initial appointment. On your first visit to our practice we will obtain the necessary background information (health and insurance) and make sure that you are able to get to know Dr. LaCava. This page is intended to prepare you for the initial visit and provide the practical information you will need, including insurance information, a map to our office, and forms for your convenience. When you come in, please remember to bring your current insurance cards and payment.
Conditions We Treat
Dr. LaCava is an expert podiatrist who cares for a wide array of foot and ankle conditions, including: diabetic foot care, ingrown toenails, bunions, sports injuries, heel pain, hammertoes, and fungal toenails, to name a few. Our office is prepared to help you with state-of-the-art equipment and knowledge to handle any issue you may be experiencing. Cancellation and No Show Policy
We understand that, on occasion, circumstances may cause you to change or reschedule your appointment. If you provide more than 24 hours’ worth of notice prior to your scheduled time, we understand and will work with you to establish a new appointment. Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of $25, which is not covered by insurance. Unfortunately, if a patient fails to pay the “no show” fee, or has 3 incidences of “no show,” the patient will be discharged from the practice and no further appointments will be scheduled.
