Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of $25, which is not covered by insurance. Unfortunately, if a patient fails to pay the “no show” fee, or has 3 incidences of “no show,” the patient will be discharged from the practice and no further appointments will be scheduled.
